Traffic allowance, traffic policy and traffic blocks.

Endpoints

GETRetrieve a server's traffic blocks/servers/{serverId}/traffic/blocksThe traffic blocks assigned to the server, and the block sizes available to add.
POSTAdd a traffic block to a server/servers/{serverId}/traffic/blocksGrant extra traffic for one period: month is the period number from the traffic statistics and amount is in GB. An unlimited allowance cannot be extended.
DELETERemove a traffic block from a server/servers/{serverId}/traffic/blocks/{blockId}Remove an assigned traffic block. The allowance for that period is reduced immediately and the server is re evaluated on the next monitor pass.
PUTModify primary traffic allowance/servers/{serverId}/modify/trafficSet the monthly traffic allowance in GB, 0 for unlimited, and optionally the server's traffic policy overrides. Fields left out are unchanged.
GETRetrieve a server's traffic statistics/servers/{serverId}/trafficMonthly traffic periods with bytes received and transmitted, the allowance in effect and whether the server was throttled.
